What's in the frame

A record, not
a souvenir.

The race or journey across the top, and the date it happened. Below it, the ground you covered — designed from your route, 3D printed in layers, with the line you travelled raised on top in the color you choose.

Then the part that makes it yours: your name, and the numbers that hold the whole day. Every frame is printed in the studio and assembled by hand, ready to hang.

Before it: the alarms in the dark, the long Sundays alone, the week the knee gave out and it all looked over.

None of that fits on a medal. So we make the thing that holds it — the ground that was covered, and what it asked.
