Custom made

Whatever the route,
it can be framed.

Some milestones don't fit a standard frame. Six weeks through Thailand. A single Sunday ride. Three disciplines of an IRONMAN, side by side. Tell us the story and we make the design around it.

No fixed size. No fixed price. Every design is quoted before anything is made.

Anything goes

One line, or twenty. A kilometer, or a country.

These are designs we have made or been asked for. Your idea does not have to be on the list.

  1. 01 A first 5K — the small one that started everything
  2. 02 An ultra trail — 174 km, one closed loop through the Alps
  3. 03 Six weeks through Thailand — north to south, one continuous line
  4. 04 An IRONMAN — swim, bike and run as three separate lines in one frame
  5. 05 A loop you ride every Sunday, always the same way round
  6. 06 The Camino — 780 km walked across a country, in stages
  7. 07 A crossing by sail, a road trip, a season of climbs
  8. 08 Something nobody has asked for yet — describe it below

No limit on length

A whole journey, held in one relief.

Long routes get their own proportions. A country travelled end to end becomes a tall, narrow relief; an island loop becomes a square. The frame follows the journey rather than the other way around.

Stages, rest days and detours can be drawn as one continuous line or kept apart — your call.

A road winding through green forest

Scale

Small enough for a desk. Large enough for a hallway.

Three starting points. If you are unsure, describe the wall and we advise.

Desk piece

One route, close up

A single milestone at reading distance — a shelf, a desk, a bedside wall.

Wall piece

The standard for detail

Room for terrain, stats and a name. Most custom designs land here.

Statement piece

Multiple routes, full journeys

For long crossings, series and anything with more than one line.

How it works

From idea to finished frame.

  1. Tell us the idea

Send the route, or just the story. A Strava link, a GPX file, a screenshot or a description all work.

  2. A direction and a fixed quote

Within two working days you get a proposal for size, layout and color, with one price. Nothing is charged before you agree.

  3. Made by hand

The relief is built, finished and set into the frame in the studio. You see a photograph before it is closed.

  4. Delivered ready to hang

Framed, protected and packed. Two to three weeks after approval, or sooner if a date is coming up.

Price

There is no price tag on this one.

A custom design depends on its size, the terrain it crosses and how many routes it holds. Quoting it in advance would mean guessing. So instead you get one fixed price after we have seen the idea — and you decide from there.

  • Quote within 2 working days
  • No obligation
  • Handmade in the studio

Your idea

Describe it in your own words.

No form is ever complete enough for a story like this. Fill in what you know and leave the rest to the conversation.

Questions

Before you write.

Is there a limit to how long a route can be?

No. A 5K and a six-week journey are the same work at different scales. Longer routes simply change the proportions of the relief.

Can several routes go into one frame?

Yes. An IRONMAN becomes three reliefs in one frame; a season of races becomes a series. Tell us how you want them ordered.

What do you need from me?

Ideally a Strava or Komoot link, or a GPX file. A description of where you went is enough to start — we work the route out together.

Can a medal be set into a custom design?

Yes — a recess is cut to the exact shape of the medal, as in The Story. Send a photograph with something for scale beside it.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because no two custom designs are the same size or complexity. You get one fixed price after we have seen the idea, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
