What it becomes

A gift you can't buy for them, only for the route they already did.

Every frame starts with one route. The terrain is raised in relief, the line traced across it in orange, the distance and the time set in small type beneath a name. Handmade in the studio, framed, and finished for a wall rather than a drawer.

The card lets them choose which route that is — and that choice is usually the whole gift.

Questions before you give it

How is the card delivered?

By email, to the address used at checkout, within moments of the order being confirmed. Nothing is shipped, so it works for a gift decided late.

Can I send it straight to someone else?

The code comes to you, which most people prefer — it can then be written into a card, printed, or sent the morning of a birthday. Add their name and a message above and we keep it with the order.

What if the amount doesn't cover the whole frame?

The card is applied at checkout and the difference is simply paid as usual. Any balance left over stays on the card for later.

Does it expire?

No. Some routes take a season to train for, and the card waits as long as it needs to.

Can I get my money back?

Yes, as long as the card hasn't been used. Email info@milezero.art within 14 days of buying it, with your order number, and we refund what you paid. Once any part of the card has been used, it can't be refunded.
